I think the USDA is still examining the data. I called the company last week and they suggested that they are in close talks with the USDA, answering questions and making clarifications. The news should come out soon according to IR, perhaps withing the next few weeks. I believe them because I recall reading somewhere that the USDA has to initiate a plan for bacterial eradication from poultry by the end of January 1998. All looks positive.
