Eric, Thanks for the response. How disappointing this is. Just when you think you've found an excellent company with excellent management,something like this happens. I'm talking about the 6 point drop without any news release to inform the public. That in my opinion is unethical and as far as I'm concerned management has lost all credibility with me. I just sold out at 14 5/8 for a quick one hour loss. I have no doubt the stock will probably rebound in the next couple of days, but I made a decision a long time ago not to be associated with companies that pull this kind of garbage on their investors.
