Careful, I believe the fund Biggs was referring to is the Morgan Stanley Asia Pacific Fund (APF), which as of Friday was at a 5% discount. Baring International Investment Limited manages the Asia Pacific Fund (APB) you quoted.

Amazing...

TTF has a 71.43% YTD market return (the highest for any CEF in 1998), while it's NAV has only increased 15.38% YTD.
