Anyer Sorry for for late resonse to your question. Was off "the boards" most of yesterday. A 13D was filed with SEC by Allen & Co. regarding the above mentioned share purchase. Small cap oils are getting pounded last few days-CHAR seems to be holding it'support level. Good trading. LMW
