Well, it would appear that the company is up for sale now. I find the move puzzling given how the company is performing once you take the stock price out of the equation. The company is growing like crazy and is now profitable. Wonder what management is thinking? There must be more to it that we simply will ever know about. If they are going to sale the company, what price do you think the stock will go for in an acquisition? Would $10 be too greedy? We were just above book value at $5 and change. I doubt that a premium of more than 15 to 20 percent can be expected which would put the stock at where it is now trading after this morning's opening.
