Fred, my broker once told me that MMs are not obligated to fill orders but they generally do. Market orders are likely to get filled if the size of your order is offered size or less. Limit orders have a sort of queue (take a number sort of thing). The BB stocks are considered wild west territory and that is why limits are almost essential - discover had been showing ask of 0.75 last week and a bid of 0.56 when the real range was 0.62-0.64.
