Rosario sounds like a person off his meds too long to me! Freedom of speech is fine. Everyone who finds his nonsense offensive, why not request that he not post to you? If he violates the request, then he is violating your liberty potentially as well as the basic rules of SI. Otherwise, I'd say just click past the loony. BTW, the e-mails offered as examples are offensive! Even you, FT, would have to agree. Question for you: What's your suggestion for dealing with them?
