Noblesse,

Thanks for the input. I agree with you that the sale of the company results in the greatest value for the shareholders. But I have a question. If I were going to sell my company, presumably I would sell it to a company that had what I didn't already have so I could maximize the value of the transaction. So, let's assume NPIX management agrees with that philosophy, and potential suitors therefore already have infrastructure in place. Aren't they then currently minimizing shareholder value by spending money on the infrastructure that they hope to find by being purchased?

I mean, I might say, look guys, we've resolved to sell this company. And we're gonna sell it to someone that already has the pipelines for distribution in place, etc. So, let's not spend any money beyond whats necessary other than on developing kick a*& technology.

Now it's entirely possible that I don't know anything about running a business. But, as a shareholder, I have to say that I hate to see them trying to build something they may get in the next year for free.

any thoughts?
