Truff: It's always valuation with companies such as AGIL. "How can you tell me this company is worth 1.5 billion." As if that's a heck of a lot these days. And competition. "How can AGIL compete with the big boys like MSFT, ORCL and SAP breathing down its neck." Another attack you will see will go something like this: "AGIL is really not a pure play internet company; it is simply a glorified software company." Or this -- "how much of a market is there REALLY for outsourcing software." These are just off the top of my head, I'm sure there are more. FWIW, I'd feel more comfortable hearing the bear case being postulated by those with money on the line -- that's usually the sign that a RHAT-like move may be coming. ;)
