I decided to cut my losses and bail from QCOM for the following reasons:

1. The never ending "promise" of CDMA.
2. The lack of forwarning by management of the disaster in the 1st qt.
3. MSFT introduction of a "free" e-mail add on to the IE.

The re-building of the internet is a much more promising area for investing right now. The recent CSCO buyout of STRM is an indication of what one expert thinks these companies are worth (CSCO).

For all of you still stuck on QCOM, I wish you the best of luck.
