Maurice - note that every comment in the WSJ was prefaced by the word "may."

Anybody who doesn't think that on the flip side there are orchestrated actions by groups of shorts to target a stock was born yesterday.

There is no false information I've read being spread around here.

If you think about it, the effective float (numbers of shares in circulation) of a stock is increased beyond its authorized and outstanding shares by the process of shorting. This is because after the short borrows the shares, he/she sells them. Now there are two owners of the same shares (the original owner and the buyer from the short). So the reality of GSTRF's float is 98+25 = 123 million shares... and all calling back borrowed shares does is reduce the artificially high float.

I JUST WANT MY BOX OF WHEATIES BACK -- A FULL BOX, PLEASE!!

Congrats on the publicity!
