Correction- my prev post, item 6. Why would they misrepresent anything at all? I wasn't involved at the beginning, but since I have, the company was always straightforward, with appropriate caution to not disclose or even hint about pending deals or upcoming announcements etc.

Something difficult for them to hide is their enthusiasm. I may have caught someone off guard, but the day after the superbowl he confirmed that they were feeling like the Packers at the end of the 3rd quarter!
