I found a SEC document filed by Xecom on June 13 at the following
Web site:

I haven't finished reading it yet. One thing I did notice is that it
mentions that the Jim Truher resigned as president on May 1, 1996 and was replaced by the CFO, Vigliarolo. This is fairly old news then and doesn't explain the price drop in Xecom stock of the last few weeks.
Does anybody have an explanation for the price drop ?
