March 11, 2003 Brinker returns to a fully invested position while, of course, ignoring the QQQ fiasco.

He's expecting a 1-3 year 25%+ cyclical bull for the market and more %-wise apparently for the Nasdaq. So he's back into buy mode (up to the 4% limit apparently) for Microsoft and Vodafone as well.

Using Rydex OTC or the QQQ ETF, he's maxed out apparently at 25% for even the most aggressive portfolio. What happened to the 32.5% max on the QQQ trade?

Seems like buying in more heavily at $83 than at $24 is an odd way to go but Bob is nothing if not inexplicable.

"...By this count, Brinker's timing signals have been slightly more successful than not, though not by a lot..."
