If I was a terrorist and really wanted to disrupt things I would dynamite the power grids in southern Saskatchewan and northern Montana. If these grids were disrupted in the middle of a cold winter millions would freeze in the dark. There is a beehive of terrorist cells operating in Canada and our benevolent government has just passed laws that make it next to impossible for a reasonable person to want to own a firearm. As a matter of fact if you own an unregistered gun of any type you will face criminal charges and fines including jail time.
