The insiders are trying to get the shares lower, so that they would pick up the shares sold earlier. I do not mind as long as they act more responsibly and do not dump their shares back in the market as soon as it is up couple of dollars. Call them up and register your concern. Stop them from trashing a good company like IMP Inc. for purely personal gain.
