Not much in the know of the area. Save for the rare hamburger I ordered at the local Druxy's years ago (the only meat I tend to say "well done").

I googled and found the main profile...
toronto.com

Then under restaurants .. I sorted by cuisine.. and found the only Greek on King (the map suggests that Simcoe & King cross so I can only assume it is the place -- only greek that showed up).

Penelope Restaurant - no menu online, but menu on their website. Looks like reasonable prices. I wouldn't mind that place (I love Lamb).

But without "agreeing", assume we walk there - and don't think the walk is that bad (assuming it isn't pouring of rain!), I would say we should review the other local restaurants perhaps with the Roy Thompson Hall as the pivot place - we have the list.

If not afraid of seafood, there is Big Daddy's Crab Shack & Oyster Bar (prices a tad higher - but then so would fish).
A bunch of pubs (menus follow) - Duke of Devon (save the price of Nachos) didn't look too bad.

Perhaps all could voice a few suggestions - say 3-5 in total then we just agree to one. I already gave you my dislikes (I tend to not choose Italian primarily due to what I like in Italian cuisine - I get at home. I prefer to go out to places where the preparation is not worth it at home).

Yadda yadda!
cheers!
