Shares of bankruptcy companies are worth a lot of money because of tax loss carry over, which will be available directly from IRS if stockholder's tax identity is transfer over by bankruptcy court.

Eagle Broardband itself is also a dormant identity which can be acquired if stockholders still own the corporation in dormant state.

The Mpeg4 situation is clearing up, and hospitality business may be a big market soon.
