Jack, welcome on Board (the discussion and BSFE). There are a number of positives that should move this stock up short term, a couple of potential stumbles, and a very good long term outlook.

1) The next stage of ongoning legal action in Fairhaven is with the judge. A ruling on ENUFF's petition for the revocation of BSFE's cell 1 permit is due any day. A positive ruling here, combined with the Vermont news should be enough to bring in a number of previously over cautious buyers.

2) We've been told that mid-October a large project financing deal with one or more large lenders will be announced. The capital costs of Fairhaven and Mooretown (maybe another project or two) now covered largely by money raised from equity sales will be amortized over the expected life of the landills. The company will be able to recoup a large portion of its sunk assets and have cash to start new projects.

3) the 10Q for 3Q should show lots of income from the Biomed operations in Great Britain, as well as limited rev fro Fairhaven. Loo will be much smaller than expected.

4) on the negative side, of course, would be a adverse ruling in Fairhaven.

5) There will continue to be a lot of clean up. There are a lot of new shares out there, with holders of doubful long term comittment . It will take a hig volume of trades to push the price up much past $2, a huge volume to get past $4.

6) Long term, look for earnings next year (or if Jay's comment can be read optimistically, in 4Q).
