of NationsBank PC Banking in less than nine months. By combining the services of NationsBank with the award-winning
Managing Your Money personal financial management software, consumers now have complete PC banking capabilities
combined in one product.
NationsBank PC Banking with Managing Your Money is a customized proprietary product backed by NationsBank
reliability as a leading financial institution with more than 20 years of electronic banking/bill payment experience.

accounts. Customers also have direct access to NationsBank via e-mail or a toll-free customer/technical assistance line.

NationsBank PC Banking requires an IBM compatible PC with at least a 386 processor and 4 MB RAM (486 processor
with 8 MB RAM recommended), 14 MB of free disk space, a Hayes-compatible modem and Windows 3.1 or Windows
95.
NationsBank PC Banking software is free to all NationsBank personal checking account customers. The software can be
downloaded from the NationsBank website at nationsbank.com or received via mail for a one-time $5.95
shipping and handling fee. The PC Banking service, which includes all features except online bill payment, is free also to all
NationsBank personal checking account customers. The Bill Payment Service is free to qualifying customers based on
account and loan balances (requirements vary from state to state); all other users are charged $5.95 per month for 20 bill
payments per month and 50 cents for each additional bill payment.
