Rufus/Paltalk/today
I read pretty much read all the message on IHUB and HSM - I found this "report" on the Rufus conversation on Paltalk to be most reliable (although that is my opinion). The other "reports" were riddled with interpretations and later proved to contain inaccuracies (sp?) and backpedaling by the posters and what was really said.

The Rufus Call

Phil and all, to clarify:
The caller a guy called SYGY (a good man), in the Paltalk room SPINOFFZ (not the bad room called Traders-Corner that was bashing CSHD hard for weeks -- the reason the Spin Offz room was created actually), called Rufus and relayed the call thru the Paltalk room for all to hear...
1. Rufus was evasive. He was asked POINT-BLANK about C&D letter, and he said he didn't know about it. Our man, tried to explain how devastating that letter was, but Rufus dismissed it and changed the subject. Yes Rufus, was laughing, but he was laughing about how MANY EMAILS and VOICE MESSAGES he gets, and that it is impossible for him to keep up -- he WASN'T laughing about the letter. Of course, our man was stunned to hear this, since he was sure that someone would have notified Rufus about this...
2. Our man again brought up the point that NYP will be doing a follow article about CSHD this Sunday. Rufus, again dismissed this, adding that NYP Online is "NOT THE SAME" as the printed newspaper version; and that the editor/writer of those articles is a "known basher" and is part of some Basher-Ring.
3. Our man, asked -- in light of these events -- if CSHD will try to elay the Shareholders' fears by issuing some kind of response, i.e. a PR of some kind. Rufus responded by saying that we have already gotten plenty of PRs, the timeline hasn't been drawn out that much; basically, he dismissed our man's plee, it was around this time (I believe) that Rufus ended the call abruptly, again much to our man's dismay.
4. When pressed about Mensah, Rufus was again evasive, stating simply, that Mensah doesn't know what he is talking about -- he doesn't understand "how these things happen" Rufus didn't clarify further with any details about why Mensah isn't happy and why he hasn't recieved any cash or heard from him (Rufus) for months. In fact, it was kind off hard to assertain any kind of response from Rufus, since he was waffling on and on. The jist is that Mensah doesn't know what he is talking about.
5. Of course, our man, asked about the 10k -- you by now, know the answer to that question.
As you can see, I've tried to keep my own opinions out of this post, and try to convey the context of the conversation. If any of my "interpretations" are incorrect, please let know.
