Dems shot themselves in the foot. They thought they could count until they won. But the appeals courts have put a stop to it. Now the Dems are voting by a method with a high loss rate. They are going to lose, and badly. Imagine 2016 with an extra .5 to 1% of votes shaved off Hillary Clinton's votes. And that's just ballot rejections, not ballots lost in the mail - with up to 3% loss rate!
