It just so happens that the receptionist's mother is the honcho's personal secretary, so that went nowhere. He left, vowing to go to the Bar Association. Whew! I need to give the receptionist a nice Christmas bonus! This is a not uncommon type of person who are legendary among lawyers. You cannot deal with them and walk away unscathed.
