Regarding oil service sector: I continue to add to my small basket of such stocks. I don't have your TTI, but I have several others. I'm expecting demand for rigs and services to increase in 2024 and the stocks to show improvement then. I can't demonstrate though that the stocks are value buys based on their financials. Recently I added HLX to my basket. I've been adding to DO and NE. I'm intending to increase my position in RIG if stock drops below $6. finance.yahoo.com
