Instead of a mullah who can't find CMDA in the Koran, I was thinking along the lines of somehow in the process, just determining that this is a highly technical case, so have it heard initially by that 9th Judicial Circuit (or whoever those folks are - sorry, not a lawyer) which all patent appeals seem to go to, with judges that are experienced in patent cases. When it's a bunch of novices coming to a judgment, the case is almost certainly going to be appealed. Yeah, but certainly no silk wearing dandys wrapped in a tight turban. LOL. BTW, I love your posts, Rags. Always a good read. BD
