Rubble, I also did extensive searching for confirmation of the inventions and patents. There is little mention of Chiang in industry technical papers or patents that I could find. Most references I could find traced back to Stewart, Emerald, MD, or Zitel and I could not verify the claims.

I did verify that the claim of "38 IBM Fellows" leaving IBM to join Zitel/MD was false. If anyone on the thread claims otherwise, please post the names.
