sorry- hadda comment.. I keep seeing that all over the web these days.. cant short for 30 days..

I have no problems shorting any IPOs.. or I should say on the second or third day- sometimes the first few days there is no supply.. and believe me, I dont have an offshore account or any other 'angle' to get in- just using a regular old broker...
