Fred: From the "horses" mouth:

I received voicemail from Ed yesterday:

A date for the closing has been set!

He expects to have a very positive announcement regarding funding in the very near future. He sounded very upbeat. Could not say any more for obvious reasons.

I guess that is as reliable as it gets unless you have a direct line with the funding groups. Even if this meeting is this coming week ( just wishful thinking on my part ), with funds transfer afterwards, I don't expect that clearing and an announcement would happen for several more days. Seems like the earliest we would then hear can be late June, early July.

I interpret the lack of any substantial selling at this point as a further sign that the insiders remain confident at this point. Several days ago, when we had that 400K day, nearly all of that seemed to be accumulation after the buyer raised the bid to 14.5 and then 15 when things slowed down a bit. The days action was camoflauged by posting a closing quote of 13 - 15 during the last minute of trading. Someone is trying to buy a block of shares as inexpensively as possible. Can you blame them for using this tactic :-) When I was accumulating shares I longed for the price to drop. Now its only onward and upward!

Good luck!
