they need to understand that their ideas will cause painful failure. There is no need, in most cases, to spring painful failure as a surprise on those who's crime is at worst, being ignorant. This is the Judeo-Christain formula of be good, or go to hell! No rehabilitation, no second chance, just a final test with ultimate pass or fail. There is a spectrum of actions, causes, and results which can be corrected. When there is a failure, it is not always from a single cause, and ignoring the areas where it could have been caught and wasn't is just as bad as missing the failure. TP
