I don't get it Halderman is taken to jail and Letterman apparently continues to enjoy his fame on CBS. Was it truly extortion? Will he apologize to all of the other people he has criticised for years with his jokes. I ask why bother------if it isn't one politician or a hollywood star or in this case a television star it will be another. Garbage in ------garbage out. All for today. mj
