Tom S. Please bring us up to date: last year you said that by agreement in the merger of your company into TMM you were due certain moneys in the future on a date certain....And if TMM was unable to make that payment to you on that date certain...certain other actions would/could take place at your choice...Please elaborate, was it payment in cash? stock common or special?? it seems to me that TMM has other unpaid obligations that may be argued, but never the less are real debts to others???
