Yeah, I think that might work.

At least for me and my family. We don't seem to be genetically disposed to cancer but we've got pretty lousy circulatory systems.

Give me ALL the heart attack/stroke coverage you've got but also give me one GIANT deductible for the cancer stuff.

If people KNEW this stuff and were able to pick and choose their coverage we'd be seeing some REAL savings in healthcare.
