OT.....RUBIN

Just heard Treasury Secretary Rubin's opening
remarks where he stated a desire to aggressively
attack abuses in the Corporate tax shelter market..
that too many corporations were not paying their
fair share....A play comes to mind...GE is huge in
this corporate tax shelter area..its the reason GE
Capital exists..to arbitrage GE corporate's tax liability..
GE is also in the top 3 weighted stock in the S&P 500..
A few GE LEAP puts might not be a bad idea going forward
if you feel the market in general could be vulnerable
and/or GE specifically on the 'corporate tax shelter'
angle..Just some thoughts..GE @ 101 1/2..
