jp, Yes I have your e-mail and remembered what you said. I have reported the facts. Some are hard to swallow but are as I see them. jp, I am more that willing to let Tom do his thing. I believe with Tom's help we will make it. My problem is with what transpired yesterday. As a company we were unprepared. I am not a lawyer but can't vision going into court with the plan they had. I believe this company will make it and that means with Tom's help. Tom is not a lawyer and was present to watch the proceedings as I was. His interest is the same as ours. Just take the facts and make your own conclusions. Remember Tom is the head of Operations. That is not the legal aspect of this company. It is not my intention to divide but to UNITE. jp, don't be shocked by the truth. You can't change what happen but we can be prepared next time. I learn by my mistakes I hope TMm does also. Larry
