I would like to nominate a stock for your shell list .. Jackel Energy CDNX:JEI "Qualifying Transaction" is pending shareholder approval with an Impact date of mid January. Stocks seems to be being accumulated and small volume is driving the price up. The "Qualifying Transaction" is an internet web company called privateye.com, located at www.canadiancities.ca . The real clincher is that after talking to the President of Privateye.com ( very positive guy) and a review of the Liberal's Red Book I found that: IMO ... there is a connection between what Privateye.com is doing and what the Feds want to spend $$$ on to link all Canadian cities ... and when the Gov'ts on the payroll the money flows. Thank you for considering this stock for your list.
