Hi John

After reading the following about new INTU products, it seems to me that GMGC is a natural progression especially with this -

Quicken.com Debuts Personalized Financial Dashboard and Tools, Breaking New Ground in e-Finance
Online Bill Payment and Banking, Investor Tax Center and NewsCenter Provide Consumers with Personalized Financial Management
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 1999-- To provide consumers with a complete overview of their financial picture, Quicken.com (www.quicken.com), the leading e-finance site from Intuit (NASDAQ: INTU - news), launched a host of new personalization tools and information. Included is My Accounts, which for the first time allows consumers to view and pay all their bills, manage multiple investment portfolios and view credit card and bank account balances as well as transaction details - all on a single Web page. Additionally, Quicken.com launched new personalized tools such as the Investor Tax Center and NewsCenter, featuring newly-added Dow Jones News Service, to help consumers save time and make more informed financial decisions.

Quicken.com is also expected to launch the new My Finances page, a personalized financial ''dashboard,'' in January 2000. My Finances will allow consumers to customize their own financial homepage, incorporating their investment portfolio holdings, new investment alerts, relevant financial news, and access to My Accounts. The new page will distill all of the consumer's key financial and investment information to a single, highly personalized Web page. Each individual user will be able to select their preferred sources of information and how their news and alerts will be displayed on the page.

''Visiting multiple web sites to access key financial accounts and having to sift through an overload of information will soon be a thing of the past,'' stated Tony Cook, Managing Editor of Quicken.com. ''Not only are we saving consumer's time, but by personalizing their experience, Quicken.com enables our users make better financial decisions since we're now using information that's specifically relevant to a given person's situation.''

My Accounts: Combines Bill Presentment & Payment

With the average consumer having relationships with several financial institutions, My Accounts eliminates the hassle of making individual trips to multiple financial institution Web sites for basic financial management chores. Now, with a click of the mouse, consumers can easily view and pay bills, track and manage investment portfolios and view credit card and banking transactions and balances all in one place.

My Accounts bill presentment and payment removes the hassles from paying bills, as consumers will no longer need to lick stamps, write account numbers on each check, address envelopes, or do the math that goes with recording each payment manually in their checkbooks.

- Consumers can view and pay bills online from participating
billers for free.

- Consumers can make a payment to anyone in the US from a US
checking account for an additional fee.

- Consumers will be able to view bills and pay bills online through
a partnership with CyberBills, a service where consumers can have
their bills sent so they can be scanned and displayed securely on
the Web, in early 2000.

Additionally, My Accounts offers consumers a single place from which they can manage their banking and credit cards accounts. Registered users can view their credit card balances and transaction information, as well as store their transaction history on Quicken.com. This way, consumers can easily see what charges are recorded throughout the month and what their total bill will be before they receive the statement. Bank account balances and transactions will also be available by year-end.

Finally, to complement their daily banking and transaction information, consumers can view their portfolio summary on the same page as the rest of their daily finances. My Accounts can currently be found on Quicken.com's Banking Channel or directly at: www.Quicken.com/myaccounts, and will also be available on My Finances, which launches in early 2000.

NewsCenter & Investor Tax Center

In order to make faster, more informed decisions that are specific to a consumer's specific situation, Quicken.com introduced the following personalized Centers:

- The NewsCenter brings the latest and most comprehensive financial
news and market overview from top sources including Dow Jones,
CBS MarketWatch, and TheStreet.com Consumers can personalize
their portfolio news through the NewsCenter simply by indicating
the favorite stocks they follow. Furthermore, the latest
technology, business, analyst, corporate earnings and IPO news
are all available on Quicken.com for free.

- The Investor Tax Center helps investors minimize taxes and plan
for capital gains taxes that may result from trades made during
the year. Quicken.com's personalized tax calculators, a new
addition to the Quicken.com family of online tools, allow
consumers to see the tax impact of a trade before it happens,
helping users make the right decisions to get the best after-tax
return. Linked right to the portfolio, the tax calculators
automatically include the consumer's relevant stock purchase
information plus the current market price. For example, consumers
are then able to quickly see the tax implications of selling a
stock that hasn't been held for 12 months, or to understand which
lot of shares to sell to minimize taxes.
