How can Biden be claiming he has "won" with these numbers? Or is RCP wrong, or dated? Is there more to this picture?

That's why they hounded him about admitting defeat months ago. George Bush vomited his opinion today and told Trump to capitulate. NOBODY told George Bush or Gore to do that over some dopey hanging chads. Hillary told Biden NOT concede to under ANY circumstances. How short are their hypocritical memories?

I'm not ready to concede yet. As long as Mr Trump needs my support, he has it 101%. That's how he treated me and how he fought for me and my family. I'm still all in.............
