I'm not worried, Betty. Murphy is a contrary indicator at best. TA doesn't work very well with bios which are primarily news driven. If you were watching the trades carefully over the last couple of weeks you would have seen a lot of buying at heavy volume. Stock is consolidating nicely between 16-17 after its runup from 12. With rumors of the diabetes deal hot and heavy, I doubt we will see much of a decline. Of course if the diabetes deal goes the way of the leptin deal, we could have a serious decline. But that is unlikely IMO. Of course if, as Henry suggests, it depends on how well the lawyers get along.....
