Very likely higher and for a long time. People need to be encouraged to find ways to make money independently or in partnerships with family, associates and friends. They can find a product and/or service needed in the community or any community that interests them. They should get going now. The government stimulus in this case should be a 0% income tax on all income earned this way. This tends to be a great motivator. The economy would boom like never before.

All able bodied need to decide quickly what path to go down. Looking for a corporate job to provide a living, which are going to be harder and harder to find. Wait until all benefits run out. Or start now to come up with a way to make money independently, while there is still support available. Don't wait!
