Ice, That is true. Mostly it is smaller corporations that evade sales taxes this way. In truth it is big business in New Jersey serving NY and in NY serving NJ. The NY sales tax police are always afre new yorkers who buy and have it shipped over the state line to NJ and the new yorker drives over and gets it. As you say on a $200 item about $15-17, not worth the trouble unless they can prove the NY retailer obtained the NJ site for shipping to. Bill
