Mr. Shepard is confusing the criminal trial with common knowledge and available information. The criminal trial is over, in most respects, however, the Proscecutor has exposure that will keep the record active. She and her assistants did willfully and with intent withhold possibly exculpatory evidence. This will be explored with the Zimmerman request for Sanctions as well as the Wrongfull Termination of the IT employee who exposed it under subpoena.
