Pat, look at news.com The VPN are parts of CSR which is separate from mainstreet express but, include hardware on the 36170 and software on the 46020 mainstreet express, therefore you can understand it is tied with the 36170. This service point that the author mention is actually a service card which allow cross connect of almost any non ATM VPN device (legacy routers on Frame Relay or Dedicated lines mainly but also ADSL and other technology).
