If you look at the ONSL profile on SI from S-1 April 97 you will see a section on competition. In it, it states AOL has a minority equity position in International Liquidators Intl. and formed a strategic partnership ETC. ETC. I don't want to sour your party but FYI, ILII has received conditional approval for listing on the TSE expected by 2/15.
The point to be made is International Liquidators has a market capital less than $50 million versus more than $450.million for ONSL..
