John, you're right, early warning is not a regulation. However, it sure looks like they kind of got the word out. I thought Regulation FD was put in place so that if the company has a significant thing to say, the general public will get informed. Here you're talking about 60% (10->4) drop in the stock price with zero feedback from the company...
