Terry,

Not quite 50,but quite a few.The offering raised 83.8 million and if the underwriters excersize their option to buy 425,000 more shares in the next 30 days then make that $96.5 million.However the 424B1 RAIN filed with Edgar has DW costing $11.5 million,net of landlord contributions,plus $1.1 million in pre-opening costs.Still a bargain at that price,I'd say.But most importantly the '98 expansion is secured!
