I always wonder when there is a potential lawsuit like this one whether maxl can just shelter assets from potential creditors before they lose the case and judgement is awarded,

OT I wonder if any fellow retirees have give some thought as to what percentage of their liquid assets they want to be the from of cash or cash equivalent , not subject to stock market or interest rate risk fluctuations. Just pondering this as i get older
