Go to Vancouver, turn over a rock and ask good old Ryan Henning or Merle Goertz which wall they want decorated with pretty certificates.

I understand that the guy who sold the property to NPA is out about 300,000. Henning and Arshad Shaw are purely criminal IMHO.
