The Indian bureaucrats (and their supporters) are so stupid that they don't even consider the possibility that they could be letting the US get a foothold in Kashmir. Serves them right! A few years from now, they might be crying foul but it will be a few years too late. You can always count on the bureaucratic idiots of India to maximize the effects of their screw-ups!<g>
