NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 1999--

Details of ISP Marketing Plan - GolfUniverse Online Project to
Generate $ 6 Million in Revenues During Year I

LCS Golf, (OTC BB: LCSG) is pleased to announce that its
previously announced golfers' internet service will go live on Monday,
June 7, 1999.
The robust, value added service will cater to the varied
interests of the golfer. On March 30, 1999, LCS announced it is the
objective of management to sign 25,000 subscribers over the next 12
months equating to $6 million in revenue. By the end of the 2nd full
year the company is expecting a total of 64,000 subscribers, thereby
generating a total of $16 million in ISP sales.
The new internet service named GolfUniverse Online will operate
in conjunction with GolfUniverse.com. Because subscribers will log on
via the www.GolfUniverse.com web site, the daily hits are expected to
catapult from a current 45,000 average daily hits to approximately
300,000. This is expected to significantly increase the amount of
advertising dollars that GolfUniverse will be able to command. LCS is
anticipating approximately $2 million in ad revenues over the next 12
months.
The ISP service will be powered by AT&T's network (NYSE:T),
to provide the GolfUniverse online customer base the reliability and
quality of a premiere communications company.

LCS's ISP service will be effecting a 6-pronged marketing plan to
target subscribers

-- GolfUniverse will leverage its 4 million person database through a
direct e-mail campaign.
-- GolfUniverse will advertise its ISP services through high profile,
well-known print media including Golf Digest, Golf Week and Golf
Illustrated.
-- GolfUniverse will also advertise through major websites such as
Lycos and Yahoo.
-- Affiliate Program - GolfUniverse will be rolling out an affiliate
program similar to that of Amazon.com. GolfUniverse is targeting
5,000 vendors signed during its first 12 months of operation. The
program will draw both increased website traffic to GolfUniverse as
well as increased ISP subscriber sales.
-- Radio - GolfUniverse will be purchasing air time in major
markets
-- Television - GolfUniverse will be creating short form direct
response spots to be broadcast over major nationwide sports
networks. (Similar to the Joe Namath MagnaSeat spots - currently
airing nationwide)
