NUTEK INC - Final Acceptance by the SEC New York, New York, Dec. 05, 2000 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX) -- Nutek Inc. announced that their latest response from the Securities and Exchange Commission is that the Form 10 filing is complete with no further comments. Murray Conradie, Nutek president, expressed his complete satisfaction as he stated, "We have now met all necessary filings and compliances to make us a fully reporting entity." He also announced that the shareholders would be receiving a newsletter in the near future describing some of the various growth programs for Nutek and the shareholders. The completion of the SEC compliance now allows everyone at Nutek to focus completely on future business and profit centers. "I realize this has been a very long and drawn out process, but I would like to thank the examiners we have worked with at the SEC who have been very helpful during this process. I would also like to thank all those shareholders who have remained with the company throughout this process and welcome those who have recently joined us," stated Conradie.
